Martels Rock n' Roll Show Fact:

The Martels and The Martells refer to the same band but the names are from different eras. The original two-L Martells name dates back to the time of Bobby Curtola and served the band through to the 1980's. The second "L" was dropped when other musicians were added to create The Martels Rock n' Roll Show seen today. One "L" or two, the original 5 members have not changed in 43 years.

Goodbye to Doug
Entertainer and friend Doug Woods has retired from music and the Martels Rock n' Roll Show. Doug has been an integral part of the Martels Rock n' Roll Show since his first guest appearance in 1980. Best known for his ballads and crazy antics on and off stage, Doug's talent will be missed by friends, fans and, most of all, the band. The Martels wish Doug good luck, happy fishing and sunny skies down south.
